2. Product Specifications & Custom Engineering
Our business specializes in custom-engineered heavy machinery, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and hoists.
- Accuracy of Site Data: Clients are responsible for providing accurate spatial, structural, and load requirement data for their facilities. SASI ENTERPRISES is not liable for manufacturing delays or equipment incompatibilities caused by incorrect client specifications.
- Design Modifications: We reserve the right to modify crane specifications, components, or designs to adhere to safety regulations or improve mechanical performance without prior notice, provided it does not negatively impact the agreed-upon load capacities.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website?including but not nil limited to text, graphics, logos, engineering diagrams, and product images?is the exclusive property of SASI ENTERPRISES. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our mechanical designs or website content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
4. Installation and Site Safety
When our engineering team is deployed for installation, the client must ensure the site is structurally sound, cleared of hazards, and compliant with occupational safety standards. SASI ENTERPRISES reserves the right to halt installation if site conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians or the equipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
SASI ENTERPRISES manufactures heavy-duty lifting equipment designed strictly for professional industrial use. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to perform scheduled maintenance on our cranes and hoists. The client assumes all responsibility for training their operators in safe material handling protocols.
6. Warranty and Maintenance
Warranties on our manufactured cranes and hoists are subject to the specific terms outlined in your formal purchase agreement. Warranties may be voided if the equipment is subjected to loads exceeding the rated capacity, or if it is repaired by non-certified technicians.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
